Observation

During the monitor visit and complaint follow up for this site there was concerns observed regarding cleanliness. The high chairs were observed to have visible food stains on the plastice parts of the highchairs and in the cracks and crevices as well as the cloth portion of the high chairs, toys were observe to be mouthed thrown across the floor and another child picked it up and played with it. Toys were observed to be visiblly unclean. Carpets were observed to have debris and sticky residue, stains on them and visiblly looked unclean.
